Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Precook duck sausages on a baking pan for 15 minutes. Set aside for later use.
Brown the onions, then add the chopped peppers in the olive oil. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add chopped garlic, tomato paste and spices. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes and beans. Add water. Leave to gently simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the sausages and add to the mixture.
Make small hollows in the mixture, then add the 4 eggs.
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked.
Just before serving, add the seeded feta and chopped parsley. Serve with toasted bread.
