Ingredients

Duck • Water • Dark soy sauce (water, soybeans, sugar, salt, wheat flour) • Brown sugar • Spices • Vinegar • Salt.

Our ducks are raised without the use of antibiotics.

They are also raised without the use of added hormones, like all ducks in Canada.


 

Oven

  • Remove the half duck from its packaging. Reserve the sauce and fat. Serve the sauce with the half duck once cooked (thicken if necessary).
  • Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F).
  • Place the half duck, skin side up, on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the center of the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

Cooking time may vary depending on the oven used.

BBQ

  • Remove the half duck from its packaging. Reserve the sauce and fat. Serve the sauce with the half duck once cooked (thicken if necessary).
  • Preheat the grill to high.
  • Cook the half duck over indirect heat, with the lid closed, for 20 minutes.
  • Then grill over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Cooking time may vary depending on the oven used.

Air Fryer

  • Remove the half duck from its packaging. Reserve the sauce and fat. Serve the sauce with the half duck once cooked (thicken if necessary).
  • Preheat the air fryer to 205°C (400°F).
  • Cook the half duck in the basket for 30 minutes.
