Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
Put shredded duck in a plate. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
In a bowl, mix shredded duck with maple syrup, barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Season with salt.
Place wonton wrappers in the 24 cavities of a mini muffin pan, then shape them into cups.
Fill cups with duck mixture, then cover with shredded cheese.
Cook in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with green onion before serving.
