Cooked boneless duck breast – Gochujang sauce

From a Peking duck raised for its meat, naturally fed in exemplary conditions on a healthy diet free from hormones and antibiotics.


Ingredients

Duck, water, sugar, dark soy sauce (water, soy, sugar, salt, wheat flour), brown sugar, spices, vinegar, salt.

Duck, Sugar, Gochujang (corn syrup, wheat flour, water, red pepper powder, salt, garlic, onion, fermented ethyl alcohol, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (wheat)), rice vinegar (rice vinegar, water,) – Cornstarch, Garlic, Ginger, Water.

Contains : Wheat, Gluten.

In the oven

Cooking time: 20 minutes

  • Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F).
  • Remove product from individual packaging.
  • Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.

BBQ

Cooking time: 10 minutes

  • Preheat oven over high heat.
  • Remove product from individual packaging.
  • Grill the product on the barbecue for 5 minutes on the skin side. Turn over and continue cooking until heated through.
