Honey garlic duck wings

Ingredients

Duck wings • Duck fat • Honey and garlic seasoning (sugars (brown sugar, honey powder, molasse powder), modified corn starch, fermented soy sauce, sea salt, spices, garlic powder, xanthan gum, silicon dioxide) • Water • Vinegar • Salt • Tomato paste.

Contains : Wheat • Soy.

Preparation

Remove the bag of wings from the box and allow it to partially thaw by placing the sealed bag in cold water for about 20 minutes (until the wings separate from each other). Do not thaw completely.

Cooking

For best results, prepare wing in oven. Cooking time may vary depending on oven or grill.

In addition to the delicious taste of duck, two drumettes provide 16% of the recommended daily intake of iron, making this food a good source of iron.

Look for this product in the frozen food section of your favourite grocery store.


 

Oven

Cooking: 25 minutes

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet on the middle rack of oven. Do not cover.
  • Heat for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time or to obtain crispy skin. Heat for 20 minutes then broil for a few minutes.

Mircowave

Cooking: 6 minutes

  • Place 5 wings  on a microwaveable dish.
  • Heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes. Let stand 1 minute.

BBQ

Cooking: 10 minutes

  • Preheat the gill.
  • Place the duck wings directly on the grill.
  • Cover and grill at medium for 5 minutes, turning often.
  • Grill at medium-low for 10 to 15 minutes, turning every minute.
