For best cooking results, take the roast out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before cooking.
Our roast is made from tender duck breasts only and is carefully trussed and tied. Cooked as is or seasoned to taste, the duck’s natural flavour comes through.
Cook our duck roast just as you would cook a beef or veal roast. Duck roast is best served pink.
