BBQ cooking

Cook from frozen. Take the patties out of their plastic wrap. Cook on the BBQ or in a skillet on medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 74 °C (165 °F) is reached in the center.

Cooking time may vary depending on oven or grill.
