To reheat

In boiling water

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Submerge the bag in the boiling water for 8 minutes.
  • Remove the duck breasts from the package and set the marinade aside.
  • In a pre heated pan on low heat, sear the duck breasts skin side down without adding any fat or oil for 1-2 minutes to brown the skin. Slice the duck breasts.
  • Serve duck breasts, pouring the marinade over a side dish such as rice, couscous, vegetables, salad, etc.
