Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add wings and coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 180° C (350° F).
Place wings side by side in a roasting pan, cover with marinade and bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 3 hours, turning over once. Drain
In a sauce pan, bring sauce ingredients to a boil.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Remove wings from the oven, lay side by side on sheet, baste with hot sauce, and broil for 5 minutes or until crispy.
Serve with remaining hot sauce.
