Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place Brie in suitable baking dish. Then, place it in oven for about ten minutes, depending on size.
Add the oil to a saucepan and sweat shallots. Add the cranberries, pecans, duck meat, rosemary, maple syrup, salt and pepper.
Remove the Brie from the oven, top with the duck mixture and garnish with a little more rosemary.
Serve warm with slices of toasted bread or crackers.
