The maple season also means brunch with friends, family or lovers. It’s the perfect excuse to set the table on Sunday and enjoy a tasty moment in good company. In our kitchen, duck is the guest of honor at brunch. As well as being rich in protein, our duck meat is deliciously easy to mix into your meal ideas. It’s comforting, different and, above all, easy to find at a grocery store near you. For inspiration, read below!<\/p>\n

A smart choice for “farmer’s” brunches<\/h4>\n

Rich in iron, riboflavin and niacin, and providing 18 g of protein per 100 g serving, duck is a great way to fill up on energy and nutrients when you get up. Our duck is just as good for “farmer’s” brunches as it is for early risers, who need that little protein boost to start the day on track.<\/p>\n

A plate that’s 100% made in Qu\u00e9bec, with our local products, is a brunch that’s sure to please!<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re more of a Eggs Bene-addict, our version with shredded duck confit [\u203a\u203a\u203a<\/a>] is sure to make you swoon! Caramelize some onions and mushrooms, place them on half of a toasted English muffin and cover with cheese. Add however much confit you want and finish with a poached egg. Top with Hollandaise sauce and you\u2019re on your way to seventh heaven!<\/p>\n
