Honey and garlic duck wing drumettes

We have put all our know how and used only our best ingredients to prepare these tender duck wing drumettes. You will find the delicately flavoured duck meat enhanced with a delicious honey garlic sauce. As an appetizer or a dish, the whole family will be pleased with this new original delight.


Duck wing drumettes ● Honey garlic sauce  [brown sugar, water, vinegar, tomato paste (tomato), modified corn starch, honey powder, molasse powder (maltodextrine), fermented soy sauce (soy, wheat), sea salt, spices, garlic powder, xanthan gum] ● Duck fat ● Salt.

Keep drumettes frozen until preparation. The methods below take into account that the drumettes are frozen before cooking.


For best results, prepare wing drumettes in oven. Cooking time may vary depending on oven or grill.

In addition to the delicious taste of duck, two drumettes provide 10% of the recommended daily intake of iron, making this food a good source of iron.

Look for this product in the frozen food section of your favourite grocery store.



Cooking: 25 minutes

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Place the drumettes on a baking sheet on the middle rack of oven. Do not cover.
  • Heat for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time or to obtain crispy skin. Heat for 20 minutes then broil for a few minutes.


Cooking: 6 minutes

  • Place 5 wing drumettes on a microwaveable dish.
  • Heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes. Let stand 1 minute.


Cooking: 10 minutes

  • Preheat the gill.
  • Place the duck wing drumettes directly on the grill.
  • Cover and grill at medium for 4 minutes, turning often.
  • Grill at medium-low for 4 to 6 minutes, turning every minute.
