Five peppers duck and pork sausages

Delightfully spicy, these perfectly peppered duck and pork sausages never go unnoticed, and it’s easy to see why!


Duck, pork, water, modified corn starch, soy protein, salt, spices, flavour, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite


Since our sausages are fully cooked, no boiling is required. Simply prick with a fork before cooking.
All our sausages are prepared with our delicious duck meat and select ingredients in natural pork casings.
These sausages are ideal in stew, paella or with couscous or sauerkraut. For something different, use them as a pizza topping or in a European sandwich.


Our sausages can withstand high temperatures. It is recommended they be cooked on medium-high heat to release flavours.

Our sausages can be pan-seared, grilled, baked in the oven to a golden brown or boiled. Cooking times for each method may vary depending on oven or barbecue.


Cooking: 10 minutes

  • Place oven rack in middle position. Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
  • Prick sausages on both sides and place them in a dish.
  • Cook 10 minutes. Broil until golden brown.

In the pan or BBQ

Cooking: 15 minutes

  • Prick sausages and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes on the BBQ or 15 minutes in the pan.
  • Turn sausages a few times during cooking to brown evenly all over.
