Reporting to the V.P. Sales and Marketing, this position is responsible for coordinating the initiatives of the Sales  Department in collaboration with all internal teams, in accordance with objectives determined by the company.

The chosen candidate will be proactive and passionate about sales in addition to having demonstrated skills in information technology. The candidate must be versatile, flexible, resourceful, organized and motivated to work in a Quebec company, in addition to sharing the organization’s values.

Responsabilities


Follow up on all promotional activities of the Sales Department
Organize, prepare and send out all materials required for each of the promotional activities (fairs, demonstrations, advertising, festivals)
Manage the inventory of marketing materials
Enter data and monitor promotional activities
Update sales scan reports – action plans, distribution and follow-up of representatives’ annual/individual objectives
Contribute to planning and forecasting activities related to sales projections and promotions
Coordinate management of Metro/IGA inventories in collaboration with the Retail Sales Director
Replace Customer Service Agents while on vacation
Respond to and follow up on customer and consumer complaints with the responsible departments
Coordinate customer orders with our logistics department, sales team and finance department.
Required profile


Gifted with a solid capacity for learning and good listening skills, in addition to excellent communication skills
Organized and structured; works well as part of a team with colleagues and with other departments
Good knowledge of Excel analytical tools
Exemplary approach to customer service
Teamwork and the ability to establish win-win relationships with all partners involved come naturally to the successful candidate
Possesses good management skills; able to quickly re-establish priorities in an environment where change is pervasive and where response times are sometimes short and unpredictable
Requirements

College education in a related field (a combination of education and experience may be considered equivalent)
Three years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software (Excel essential)
Fluency in oral and written French and English (essential)
Strong ability to work in a team and also independently
Knowledge of the food industry (an asset)
Work on several fronts at the same time and meet deadlines
Ability to support a team with various daily tasks
