With these Mediterranean duck sausages, you will literally brighten up your palate. A good reason to put them on the menu at any time of the year.

Duck meat, sundried tomatoes (contains salt), rice flour, modified corn starch, salt, spices, sodium phosphate, dehydrated garlic, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, natural pork casing

Since our sausages are already fully cooked, no boiling is required. Simply prick with a fork before cooking.

All our sausages are prepared with our delicious duck meat and select ingredients in natural pork casings.

These sausages are ideal in stew, rice or paella or with couscous. For something different, serve them as brochettes, in a panini or simply as hot duck.

Our sausages can withstand high temperatures. It is recommended they be cooked on medium-high heat to release flavours.

Our sausages can be pan-seared, grilled or baked in the oven to a golden brown. Cooking times for each method may vary depending on oven or barbecue.

  • 10 minutes + time to obtain golden brown color.
  • Place oven rack in middle position.
  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Prick sausages on both sides and place them in a dish.
  • Cook 10 minutes. Broil until golden brown.

In the pan or BBQ

  • Prick sausages and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes on the BBQ or 15 minutes in the pan.
  • Turn sausages a few times during cooking to brown evenly on all sides.
