Entertaining a large group? Consider serving duck wing drumettes, as they can be prepared in advance, making them the perfect solution for group meals.
The duck wing drumettes are at their best when cooked slowly and for a long time. It is suggested to boil them in water for 20 minutes to degrease and soften them. Place the drumettes in a baking pan (ideally a creuset). Add salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 250 °F for about 2:30 to 3:00 or until the meat falls off the bone. Remove the drumettes from the fat. Add the sauce of your choice and finish cooking them in the oven on grill or on the barbecue.
