Duck, pork, duck liver, 15% cream (milk, cream, carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, carob bean gum, mono and diglycerides, carrageenan), whole liquid eggs, oranges, tapioca starch, orange liquor (Cognac, Brandy, naturel extracts, orange maceration sugar, xanthan), salt, spices, modified milk ingredients, sugar, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite

Preparation

Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

Owing to our highly sophisticated cooking technique, our duck pâtés in a jar have a long shelf life and do not require refrigeration until opened. As practical as they are delicious.

For pre-dinner cocktail hour, enjoy this pâté spread on traditional croutons, your favourite crackers or toast or on vegetable chips (other than potato) now found in most supermarkets.

Or simply serve from the tin on a small plate with gherkins and cocktail onions, milkweed, capers, artichoke hearts, onion or beet confit, wine or port jelly.

For a unique first course, place the pâté in a food processor, add unsalted butter or cream cheese and mix until smooth. Form into dumplings and serve with slices of toasted brioche and a glass of port wine. An instant classic.
