Our duck stock is prepared according to the rules of culinary art. As such, it will enhance the taste of all your recipes.

Our duck stock is very lean: low in cholesterol and free of trans fat. And only 10 calories per 80 ml (1/3 cup)!

Ingredients

Duck broth (water, salt, duck), duck gelatine, duck stock (water, roasted duckling bones, carrots, celery, onions, herbs, spices), mirepoix (carrots, onions, celery, salt, sugar, corn oil), spices, herbs, colour

Sauce

For a quick sauce that goes well with duck, brown shallots in duck fat, deglaze with red wine, add duck stock and reduce to half. Add cream and allow to thicken.

Our duck stock can be used as a sauce or soup base, and will enhance the taste.
