A heavenly mix of duck, cider and apple flavours, these rillettes will satisfy everyone, regardless of the occasion.

Duck, cider (fermented apple juice, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulfite, sugar), toasted wheat crumbs (wheat flour, durum flour, baking powder, yeast), duck fat, water, deshydrated apples, apple juice (concentrated apple juice, water, ascorbic acid), spices, salt, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite

Contains wheat products, eggs and sulfites

Préparation

Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
